Partners

Our operations are built on partnership. We do not deploy, implement, or innovate in isolation.

Every mission, solution, and field presence is the result of structured cooperation with actors who each play a distinct and indispensable role.

Operational Partners

These are the organizations on whose behalf, or in close coordination with whom, we implement operations and deliver solutions.

This includes UN partner agencies and institutional actors such as DG ECHO. They identify needs, mandate interventions, or channel resources that enable assistance to reach affected populations. Our role is to translate those needs into concrete, field-ready operational support.

Partnership Model

Emergency.lu is based on a partnership between the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade of Luxembourg in collaboration with a consortium of Luxembourg companies and organisations: SES, HITEC and Luxembourg Air Rescue.

Implementing partners enable operational delivery on the ground. They provide the operational backbone, surge capacity, and technical expertise required to deploy effectively and at speed. At present, our primary implementing partner is CGDIS, whose operational capabilities and field readiness ensure that support reaches the right place at the right time.
