emergency.lu is an initiative by the Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs of the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. It provides a range of services including satellite-based communication and ICT support, MEDEVAC (medical evacuation) operations, the deployment of humanitarian relief items, infrastructure assistance, and capacity-building activities—all aimed at improving coordination and response in humanitarian crises worldwide.
