Our services
emergency.lu is an initiative by the Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs of the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade. It provides a range of services including satellite-based communication and ICT support, medical evacuation operations, the deployment of humanitarian relief items, infrastructure assistance, and capacity-building activities—all aimed at improving coordination and response in humanitarian crises worldwide and alleviate suffering.
